You are the voice clients remember A team player who supports the loan officer and communicates with confidence Detail-driven, accountable, and proud of your work Bilingual in English and Spanish or Arabic is a PLUS+ We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Loan Partner 2 (LP2) Pre-Approval Specialist to manage borrower pre-qualification, pre-approvals, and pipeline execution for a high-performing mortgage team.

The LP2 plays a critical role in ensuring loans are structured properly, communicated clearly, and closed on time. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to maintain 95%+ on-time closings while delivering a concierge-level borrower and referral partner experience.

• Prequalify
  :
  Serve as an available resource for referral partners when the Loan Officer is unavailable Engage in soft qualification conversations to help assess general borrower readiness and scenario viability Answer referral partner questions such as Condo warrant ability, Bank statement borrower scenarios, recasting, and general loan structure questions Communicate effectively with all referral partners (Realtors, financial advisors, builders, and other partners) using clear, accurate, and compliant language
• Pre-Approve
  :
  Accurately pre-approve qualified borrowers Prepare payment and scenario requests Proactively engage pre-approved buyers Communicate effectively with referral partners
• Pipeline Management
  :
  Onboard all new contracts for rate lock consultation Submit applications to processing for disclosures Execute borrower updates, pre-closing, and funding calls Perform daily pipeline “gauge checks” Attend pipeline meetings and milestone reviews Deliver consistent borrower and Realtor updates Review Closing Disclosures for accuracy Conduct pre-closing and congratulatory funding calls Provide post-closing support and urgent after-hours assistance Ensure 95%+ of loans close on time Resolve 95%+ of loan issues prior to LO escalation
• Additional Role Expectations

  Set up the loan, lock, disclose, and submit Work with LP1 on the online leads to convert to pre-approvals Weekly/milestone loan updates Manage Pipeline with corporate Processor Welcome emails to all parties at the time of contract Maintain high professionalism in all written and verbal communication Act as a concierge between borrowers and business partners Consistently exceed borrower and referral partner expectations

• Minimum 3-5 years of mortgage loan officer assistant, processing, or origination experience in the Broker channel
• Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
• Experience with "Arive" Loan Software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management
• Ability to collaborate across departments Completion of regulatory and compliance training
• Active NMLS license required with a state license in Texas
• Recent 3-5 years of experience working in the mortgage broker channel
• Candidates should be familiar with broker workflows, wholesale lenders, and the systems and processes unique to an independent mortgage brokerage

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly + bonus
