What You'll Do
The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans, and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring
- Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc.
- Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.
- Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments
- Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
- Preparation of GL entries as required.
- Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.

- High school graduation or GED and 1+ years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations
- Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred
- Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications preferred
- Strong time management/organizational skills preferred
- Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant) preferred
