- Accountable for overall production, coaching, training, and developing a team of licensed retail bankers
- Handle large book of clients with complex financial profiles
- Design and customize coaching sessions to train bankers on investment strategies
- Conduct solo and joint appointments with bankers to identify potential clients
- Maintain presence within the bank to develop relationships
- Achieving sales goals while serving client needs
- Plan and conduct coaching sessions with retail bank employees
- Develop and conduct client meetings to close sales
- Handle daily client needs and prioritize tasks
- Manage sales planning to drive financial results
- Conduct internal and external seminars for business growth
- Prior Brokerage Industry Experience
- Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses required
- Variable Annuity license is required
- Ability to motivate others in a team environment
- Ability to transfer knowledge through coaching and teaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts
- Proven experience in building strong client relationships
- Highly developed knowledge of the securities business, investment products and financial solutions
- Highly developed sales and presentation skills
- Travel required within assigned territory
Demonstrates expertise in coaching and developing licensed retail bankers while effectively managing client relationships and achieving sales goals. Possesses strong knowledge of investment strategies, financial products, and the brokerage industry.
