Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Consumer Finance Associate for their Phoenix, AZ office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Responsibilities- Advise clients on financial services regulatory and compliance matters.
- Handle issues related to mortgage lending, consumer finance, and commercial finance.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies for alternative lending products.
- Collaborate with clients on state licensing and product development.
- Engage in bank partnership models and enforcement actions.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
- Experience with Fin Tech products and structures.
- Knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations.
- Enforcement experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
