This role is based out of our Phoenix, AZ office, with light travel to our Chicagoland (Oak Brook, IL) office for training.

  • Lead the client onboarding process to create a seamless, high-touch experience, ensuring all required documentation is completed and systems are updated accurately.
  • Execute client investment account orders and assist with building financial plans, while continuously analyzing new investment opportunities.
  • Process and manage investment applications for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry compliance standards.
  • Set up and manage AI agents as client service tools, building automated workflows for portfolio monitoring and client communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, upholding Rothschild's high standard of responsive, attentive client service.
  • Proactively identify issues, research solutions, and bring thoughtful recommendations to advisors and clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with advisors to identify and implement solutions aligned with client investment needs and goals.

  • Experience using industry CRM for tracking client interactions and financial planning software for modeling client plans.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks and client requests, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Qualifications
