Compliance Auditor

LOCATION
North Phoenix, AZ | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $22.00/hour
  • Full-time
  • W-2 Employment
  • Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm

ROLE IMPACT

Join a fast-paced legal services team supporting mortgage default servicing operations through accurate compliance audits and file reviews. This role is critical to maintaining quality, meeting client and regulatory requirements, and ensuring time-sensitive work is completed with precision. Success is measured by accuracy, responsiveness, organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Audit foreclosure and bankruptcy files using system applications and manual checklists to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Review and process a high volume of invoices, prepare audit packages, and manage time-sensitive alerts and tracking updates.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external agencies through email and client platforms.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, including annual staff training records and audit reporting.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities while consistently meeting quality, productivity, and deadline expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mortgage default servicing experience is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
