Fund & Investment Operations Analyst

• Serve as subject matter and technical expert for complex fund and investment operational issues
• Analyze cash flow, transaction, and portfolio holdings data
• Lead process improvement efforts and recommend solutions
• Document procedures across fund and investment product types
• Produce gold copy data and enhance output
• Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues
• Oversee research and implementation of complex process improvements
• Oversee daily operations, manage controls, and verify process completion
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively propose solutions
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

• Two years’ related work experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Strong investment acumen and data analysis background
• Fund accounting experience nice to have
• Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position
