Senior Financial Analyst

LHH is working with an established organization to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This newly created position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to build reporting tools and processes as the finance function continues to develop.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Incudes annual bonus potential, as well as health, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop financial models, management reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Analyze financial trends, risks, and business performance
• Assist with acquisition due diligence and post-close integration
• Prepare opening balance sheets and support acquisition accounting activities
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership on financial decisions
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and special finance projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related position
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and operational performance drivers

• Lender compliance reporting
• Multi-entity or acquisition-driven organizations
• KPI development and reporting process improvement
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• MBA or advanced finance education
