Corporate Development Manager; Metal & Mining

A leading metals & mining company based in Arizona is seeking an ambitious Corporate Development Manager to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Investment Banking
, with a strong preference for professionals who have focused specifically on the metals & mining sector
.

The Corporate Development Associate will play a key role in evaluating and executing strategic growth opportunities across the company, including acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other corporate development initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating M&A, joint ventures and strategic investment opportunities
• Building and reviewing detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Supporting transaction execution from initial opportunity through due diligence and closing
• Conducting industry, market and company-specific research
• Preparing investment committee and senior management presentations
• Supporting due diligence, including financial, commercial and operational analysis
• Working closely with senior leadership, external advisors and investment banking counter parties
• Monitoring trends and opportunities across the metals & mining sector

• 4-6 years of professional experience within Investment Banking
• Strong transaction execution and financial modelling skills
• Experience with M&A, valuation, capital markets or strategic advisory
• Excellent analytical and presentation capabilities
• Strong understanding of the metals & mining industry
• High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and external advisors
• Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution
