The City of Phoenix is seeking Police Recruits to join the Phoenix Police Department in Phoenix, Arizona. Recruits will attend a 26-week paid training program at the Phoenix Regional Police Academy, where they will become Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Certified and be promoted to Police Officer upon successful completion.
During the academy, recruits are paid an hourly rate; after graduation, salary increases apply, with overtime and off-duty opportunities possible.
