Vestar is seeking a Recoveries Analyst in Phoenix to manage annual CAM reconciliations and recoveries. You will work with accounting, property management and lease administration to provide accurate tenant recovery details and budgeting input.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in commercial retail real estate recoveries, and experience with MRI/YARDI and advanced Excel. Strong communication, attention to detail and GAAP knowledge are essential.
