Perform preliminary assessments of disaster related damage to public infrastructure to support determination of Governor's Emergency Proclamation or Presidential Declaration;
Meet with Applicants to inspect damaged facilities and prepare Preliminary Damage Assessments reports;
Assist disaster recovery Applicants and political subdivisions in filing forms and applications following State and federal eligibility criteria;
Prepare project worksheets and collect data; coordinate public disaster assistance programs; draft and review recovery policies and procedures;
Conduct training sessions and presentations on Public Assistance programs; develop PA-specific lesson plans
