Mobilization:
Potential Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written notice following award
Provide current, country-specific institutional, policy, sponsor, stakeholder and implementation judgment for energy and critical-minerals opportunities in South Asia.
Representative problems this role must solve- A project spans central, state/provincial and utility authorities with different approval, land, tariff and implementation responsibilities.
- Sponsor readiness and official plans are not aligned with procurement, utility finance, permitting, community or infrastructure realities.
- The Government needs a scoping approach that distinguishes transferable regional lessons from country-specific evidence.
- Map country institutions, policies, approval pathways, sponsor capacity, utilities, state-owned enterprises, finance sources and stakeholder interests.
- Assess implementation constraints involving land, community, federal/subnational authority, procurement, local content, trade, security and infrastructure.
- Validate evidence and identify material gaps, conflicting sources, decision triggers and practical field-engagement requirements.
- Support country-specific TOR tasks, stakeholder plans, schedules, U.S. supplier pathways and risk controls.
- Sustained professional experience in one or more South Asian countries with direct energy, mining, infrastructure, Government, utility, investment or project-development relevance.
- Evidence of personally advising decisions, conducting stakeholder engagement or producing institutional/policy assessments.
- Professional proficiency in relevant regional languages is strongly preferred; state actual level and professional use.
- Demonstrated senior/expert judgment, normally supported by at least 10 years of directly relevant work and specific project or decision-product evidence.
- Ability to separate verified facts, assumptions, professional judgments, uncertainties and recommendations in concise written English.
- U.S. citizen or non-U.S. citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States; written attestation is required before proposal inclusion.
- Ability to become available for potential Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award, subject to assignment needs and Government direction.
- Willingness to disclose availability, employment/contract restrictions, confidentiality obligations, conflicts, noncompetes and country/customer limitations.
- Current resume or CV with dates, employer/client, country, project stage, personal role, methods used, decision product and outcome for the most relevant assignments.
- Two to four representative projects that substantiate the specific expertise claimed; identify what you personally did rather than the team's general scope.
- Countries/regions worked, languages used professionally, current location, travel limitations and relevant licenses, registrations, certifications, standards or publications.
- Written permission for Axyde to use and evidence-preservingly reformat the resume for solicitation 1131PL26R0056, subject to final resume review if requested.
