Provide current, country-specific institutional, policy, sponsor, stakeholder and implementation judgment for energy and critical-minerals opportunities in Southeast Asia.

Representative problems this role must solve
  • A technically credible opportunity depends on ministries, regulators, utilities, state-owned enterprises, local sponsors or permitting institutions whose roles are misunderstood.
  • Formal policy differs from practical decision authority, approval sequence, stakeholder incentives or implementation capacity.
  • Sparse sponsor data and political/regulatory uncertainty require disciplined local validation and bounded conclusions.
Responsibilities
  • Map country institutions, decision rights, policies, approvals, sponsor capacity, stakeholders, procurement practices and implementation constraints.
  • Validate documentary evidence through appropriate local, Government, utility, industry and finance sources while protecting confidential information.
  • Identify political-economy, land, community, security, corruption, local-content, trade and schedule risks relevant to scoping decisions.
  • Support country-specific TOR tasks, stakeholder plans, travel plans, U.S. supplier pathways and risk controls.
Minimum evidence-based qualifications
  • Sustained professional experience in one or more Southeast Asian countries with direct energy, mining, infrastructure, Government, utility, investment or project-development relevance.
  • Evidence of personally advising decisions, conducting stakeholder engagement or producing country/institutional assessments—not residence or language alone.
  • Professional proficiency in relevant regional languages is strongly preferred; state actual level and professional use.
  • Demonstrated senior/expert judgment, normally supported by at least 10 years of directly relevant work and specific project or decision-product evidence.
  • Ability to separate verified facts, assumptions, professional judgments, uncertainties and recommendations in concise written English.
  • U.S. citizen or non-U.S. citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States; written attestation is required before proposal inclusion.
  • Ability to become available for potential Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award, subject to assignment needs and Government direction.
  • Willingness to disclose availability, employment/contract restrictions, confidentiality obligations, conflicts, noncompetes and country/customer limitations.
Evidence to submit
  • Current resume or CV with dates, employer/client, country, project stage, personal role, methods used, decision product and outcome for the most relevant assignments.
  • Two to four representative projects that substantiate the specific expertise claimed; identify what you personally did rather than the team's general scope.
  • Countries/regions worked, languages used professionally, current location, travel limitations and relevant licenses, registrations, certifications, standards or publications.
  • Written permission for Axyde to use and evidence-preservingly reformat the resume for solicitation 1131PL26R0056, subject to final resume review if requested.
  • Are you a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident? State one; do not upload identity documents at the application stage.
  • May Axyde use your name and evidence-preservingly tailor/reformat your resume for this specific contingent proposal?
  • Could you become available for required Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award? Identify restrictions.
  • Identify current employment, contractual, confidentiality, noncompete, customer, country or conflict restrictions relevant to this opportunity.
  • Identify the Southeast Asian countries, institutions,…
