MG Properties is a large regional prop‑management firm hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for Muse Apartments in Phoenix, AZ.

• Maintain building grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests
• Repair appliances, perform routine plumbing, electrical, and A/C work
• Paint and prop shop duties
• Conduct apartment turnovers
• Respond to emergency calls and on‑call rotation duties

• Minimum of 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property
• Proficient in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) – required
• Self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented, and able to work in a team environment
