Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Flexible)

Compensation: $20-$28/hour depending on experience + performance bonus structure

As our Lead Aesthetician, you will:

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments while delivering exceptional client care and clinical excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create customized treatment plans.
• Recommend skincare products, memberships, and ongoing treatment programs based on each client's goals.
• Build lasting client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and repeat visits.
• Educate clients on treatment options, home care, and overall skin health.
• Help drive clinic performance through treatment conversions, retail sales, memberships, and client retention.
• Mentor and support fellow team members while helping foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, community events, and practice-building activities.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Current Licensed Aesthetician license.
• Previous experience in the health, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and client education.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
