• Open-close
• Payroll Team building (Interviewing, Coaching, hiring and firing.)
• Operate front desk
• Join BNI Manage social media and marketing outlets.
• Shampoo and blow dry (occasional).
• Have technique & product knowledge.
• Know how to retail.
• Learn services and prices.
• Be able to book and read the schedule.
• Organization of laundry.
• Ordering retail and stock other salon items (coffee/tissue/soap/etc.)
• Tracking where clientele comes from/ Benchmark numbers to grow
• Organizing events.

Required:

Active Arizona Cosmetology License

Preferred but not required skills:

• Vagaro Scheduling & Marketing tool Software Experience
