Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts per week | Day and night openings
Setting: Correctional
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the direct supervision of licensed nursing or medical personnel.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, histories, and chief complaints.
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures.
- Perform basic clinical procedures, tests, venipuncture, and laboratory-related tasks as assigned.
- Transcribe provider orders and assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain adequate supplies and cleanliness of exam and procedure rooms.
- Active CNA license
- Completed N95 respirator fit testing.
- Current BLS and First Aid certification.
- Minimum of 1-year of recent experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is required
