Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. Placements are based on program needs and staff interest and may include:
- Adult day treatment and community‑based programs
- School‑based services
- Community and clinic‑based programs
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA, using ABA and evidence‑based practices to help individuals build independence and life skills. You will:
- Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans
- Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills
- Facilitate one‑on‑one and group sessions
- Participate in community outings
- Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience
- Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance
- Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
