You'll work with group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. Places where your clinical expertise genuinely improves lives.
Your core work includes:
- Verify multidose medication cards with full-color MARs using AI‑assisted technology.
- Clinical consultations with prescribers, nurses and direct support professionals.
- Medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews.
- Administer long‑acting injectables.
- Real‑time MAR updates so caregivers always have accurate information.
- Participate in medication review committees.
- Work with a team.
- Build relationships with agencies who genuinely appreciate your expertise.
- Make a real difference for individuals who need specialized medication support.
- Have time to actually practice pharmacy (not just process claims).

- Actual Work‑Life Balance:
Monday‑Saturday daytime hours;
Sundays & major holidays closed; paid on‑call rotation. - Supportive Team Environment:

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D) degree. - Active Texas Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.

- Compassion and patience working with vulnerable populations.
- Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume pharmacy setting.
- Immunization certification.
- Interest in medication therapy management (MTM).
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to commute to Irving, TX (or relocate before start date).

Hourly Wage: $55–$65 per hour.

Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesMust possess meticulous skills of checking medication packs, data entry, and providing consultations to other providers. Pharmacist will also be administering a variety of injections to patients. The ability to multi‑task, remain accurate, and become part of a team‑oriented culture is important. The position may also include occasional participation in various medication review committees.
