Staff Pharmacist | Irving, TX | Part-Time 24-40 hours per week | 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP)

At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, you won't be counting by 5s in a retail setting or processing insurance rejections all day. You'll be caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs—people who depend on you to get their medications right, on time, every time.

You’ll work with group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. Places where your clinical expertise genuinely improves lives.

• Verify multidose medication cards with full-color MARs using AI assisted technology.
• Clinical consultations with prescribers, nurses, and direct support professionals.
• Medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews.
• Administer long-acting injectable injections.
• Real‑time MAR updates so caregivers always have accurate information.
• Participate in medication review committees.

• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume pharmacy setting.
• Immunization certification.
• Interest in medication therapy management (MTM).

Hourly Wage: $55–$65 per hour.
