Compassionate, customer service oriented Pharmacy Manager needed for Circle the City Pharmacy, a specialty pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ. In this integrated model, the Pharmacy Manager will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team‑based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients. The Pharmacy Manager, a Vytl One employee, is a competent, dynamic leader who is responsible for the coordination of patient services within the pharmacy and supervision of pharmacy staff.

Estimated Salary Range is $160k-$168k plus bonus depending on experience

• Assist the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations ensure the pharmacy provides optimal service, meets legal and accreditation/certification requirements, and complies with all policies and standards of Vytl One
• Maintain daily operation of pharmacy department by supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the routine performance of their duties.
• Provide appropriate technical and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
• Review and update established drug‑therapy guidelines and other policies and procedures, in conjunction with the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations, for use by physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Provide drug information to meet the needs of physicians and nurses through direct contact or in‑service programs.
• Prepare various reports and maintain records or supervise the maintenance of records as required or requested by the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations.
• Maintain current knowledge of drug therapies and drug reactions and interactions by reading professional literature, attending seminars and utilizing professional affiliations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Current Arizona Pharmacist license

• Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic‑based pharmacy management experience;
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
• Ability to work effectively with a multi‑disciplinary team;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred;
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion to help the underserved and homeless patient populations.
