Pharmacist
Phoenix, AZ
Description
Staff Pharmacist | Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time and Part-Time | 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP)| Start Date: February 2026
WHY THIS ISN'T JUST ANOTHER PHARMACY JOB
At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, you won't be counting by 5s in a retail setting or processing insurance rejections all day. You'll be caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs-people who depend on you to get their medications right, on time, every time.
And here's what makes us different: You'll participate in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Count on a pharmacy team that works together! We're 100% employee-owned through an ESOP. YOU BUILD WEALTH WHILE BUILDING COMMUNITY.
That means:
- Every prescription you verify builds YOUR retirement wealth
- You're not an employee-you're an owner in the plan
You'll work with group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. Places where your clinical expertise genuinely improves lives.
Your Core Work:
- Verify multidose medication cards with full-color MARs using AI assisted technology
- Clinical consultations with prescribers, nurses, and direct support professionals
- Medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews
- Administer long-acting injectables injections
- Real-time MAR updates so caregivers always have accurate information
- Participate in medication review committees
- Work in a team-centric environment
- Build relationships with agencies who genuinely appreciate your expertise
- Make a real difference for individuals who need specialized medication support
- Have time to actually practice pharmacy (not just process claims)
Mission-Driven Work
We live by "Give Me the Eyes to See People with Kindness & Compassion." We don't just serve the IDD community, we employ them. Every pharmacy has IDD employees (Social Coordinators, Environmental Services). We host gaming nights. We celebrate our patients as neighbors, not just "customers."
Ownership & Wealth Building
- 100% ESOP ownership
- Competitive 401(k) match on top of ESOP

Required:
