Level I Trauma experience REQUIRED 50-mile radius rule applies (no local rates) Unit Details Rooms: 2 General IR Suites 1 Spine IR Room 2 Neuro Endovascular Suites Cases per Day: 5–10 EMR:
Cerner Imaging System: DR (PACS) Equipment:
Philips Allura, Medrad Injector Required Certifications ARRT (R) Arizona License (MRTBE-CRT) VI Certification – Preferred but not required Experience Requirements Scrub experience preferred Neuro IR / Endovascular experience preferred (not required) Candidates with primarily neuro experience may still be considered depending on case mix Common Procedures GI/GJ tubes Ports Angiograms Lumbar punctures Myelograms Nephrostomy tubes Stents IVC filters Blood patches Endovascular procedures Embolizations Stroke interventions Staffing Model Sedation cases staffed with 2 RNs RT scrubs with MD Schedule Day shift 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Possible occasional Saturdays No call requirement No floating outside Radiology Orientation Floor-specific orientation provided
