• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
• Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools
• Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
• Providing treatment based on your recommendations and clinical best practices
• Providing Family support and training
• Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
• Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities
• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload
• In-home, school, and clinic environments available

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Arizona LBA (or the ability to obtain)
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card (or the ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check
• The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve
• A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping
