What you’ll do- Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
- Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
- Providing treatment based on your recommendations and clinical best practices
- Providing Family support and training
- Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities
- Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload
- In-home, school, and clinic environments available
- Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Arizona LBA (or the ability to obtain)
- Current Fingerprint Clearance Card (or the ability to obtain)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check
- The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve
- A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping
