- Bakersfield, CA, an acute care teaching center with 222 beds, offers the only advanced trauma care between Fresno and Los Angeles. We are seeking a NICU Dietitian to join the team. NEW GRADS WELCOME!

Salary: $80000-$95000 + Relocation Assistance Offered.

Make a real impact as a NICU Dietitian! Working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

•
Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes

•
Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community

•
Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care

Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable

• Specialty certification when required

• Two years of work experience in specialty preferred
