Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full‑time, staff outpatient position located at 1661 E Camelback Rd. Suite 152 Phoenix, AZ 85016. The role offers a salary starting at $74,000, plus a $20,000 bonus and $350/month student‑loan repayment, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical training and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.
• CPR certification.
