LEAD BEHAVIOR THERAPIST / RBT
Lead Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC team. Our Leads spend their days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Additionally, SARRC Lead Behavior Therapists provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress.

- A compassionate approach to care with the flexibility to roll with changes to meet the needs of our clients.
- Always eager for knowledge, and likes to inquire, research and ask questions.
- Comfortable using different technologies and software programs, as well as data collection applications.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a focus area of education, sociology, special education or psychology is strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- One to three years of RBT experience working with individuals with ASD.
Starting at $22/hr additional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements!
HoursFull-time. RBT Certification is required within 30 days of employment.
Transportation RequirementBehavior Staff are required to have reliable transportation to and from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
