Mobile Home Visits – Private Practice

Serving South Phoenix:
Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, AZ
Nikao Performance and Rehab is seeking a personable PRN Physical Therapist for mobile home visits. Minimum 6 visits/week required. Flexible scheduling—weekdays or weekends.
Caseload- 1:1 patient care, 40-minute visits
- Outpatient ortho focus with variety in patient needs
- Specialty support available
- $80–$85 per visit
- Mileage reimbursement up to $500/month
- Active AZ PT license
- 1+ year outpatient ortho experience
- Dry Needling certification preferred
- Arizona residency for PRN consideration
