TEEMA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Clinical Foundational to support a healthcare IT initiative focused on clinical workflows, operational readiness, and foundational project coordination activities
. This role will work closely with project managers, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project timelines, action items, and communications are effectively managed.

This position is well suited for candidates with experience in healthcare project coordination, clinical operations, or healthcare IT environments
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and track project timelines, milestones, and action items
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings
  • Follow-up on assigned tasks and deliverables
  • Monitor and track risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Escalate concerns and blockers to the Project Manager or project lead
  • Support coordination between clinical, technical, and operational teams
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and project status updates
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare environments
  • Experience supporting healthcare or clinical projects preferred
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Primarily remote
  • Some on-site support may be required during Go-Live periods (anticipated in summer months)
