As a caregiver, you will provide a variety of services to our clients, ranging from daily household chores to personal care. Your duties may vary from client to client as we strive to tailor our services to meet each individual’s needs.

As a caregiver, you will work directly with our senior clients and their families. Your daily duties may vary and could include anything from personal care to assistance with household tasks.

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Help seniors with trips to local Biltmore markets.
• Go to lunch or grab ice cream with your client.
• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Incontinence care management to avoid embarrassment.
• Light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.
• Maintain vitality through meal preparation.
• Avoid hospital readmissions with medication reminders.
• Keep seniors out of danger with memory care safety.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Be the eyes and ears for hospice care.
• Report changes in condition.

• Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Typical 8 or 12‑hour caregiver shifts in the Biltmore area, with optional overtime.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug screening test.
• Have a negative TB test.
• Reliable car and proof of auto insurance.
• Valid driver’s license.
