Duties- Welcome and orient clients to the Terros Health Integrated clinic and in the LADDER program.
- Establish therapeutic relationships with a variety of patients to mentor and model how to reach treatment goals.
- Plan and provide transportation for clients enrolled in the Terros Health LADDER Program.
- Plan and facilitate activities and groups including community meetings, lunch activities, as well as peer‑led symptom‑management and recovery groups.
- Document services provided to conform to agency guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in department and company morning meetings, staff meetings, and trainings when required.
- Participate in community outreach and engage clients in the community by introducing them to other organizations and service providers that offer care such as hospitals, recovery clinics, counseling, employment and more.
- Encourage involvement of client’s natural support by participating in staff interactions to increase positive communication between clients and their existing associations and relationships, such as family, school, work and community.
- Develop and maintain positive community‑based relationships with healthcare partners to benefit patient coordination.
- Be a role model for recovery by promoting and sharing lived experience, lending a unique insight that makes wellness possible using strength‑based engagement and treatment strategies for all patients served.

- The applicant must have the minimum combination of High School Diploma or G.E.D education and/or a minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
- The applicant must have at least one year of self‑identified and lived experience with substance use.
- Arizona State Peer Certification preferred or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
- Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming role.
- Interpersonal skills that allow for professional and positive relationships with co‑workers, members, families, and other community members.
