• Provide day‑to‑day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients.
• Provide family support and training.
• Lead and educate your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload.
• Provide in‑home, school, and clinic environments.

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Arizona LBA (or the ability to obtain).
• Current fingerprint clearance card (or the ability to obtain).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or the ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check.
• The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve.
• A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping.
