This is an early intervention BCBA role working with children ages 2–6 in a centre-based setting. The role is intentionally structured around small, protected caseloads and integrated clinical support, so you can focus on doing good work consistently.
Multiple centres across the Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Peoria, and surrounding areas. Location can be aligned to what works best for you.
What the role looks like- Caseload capped at 7–8 children per BCBA
- Early intervention only. Ages 2–6
- Play-based, naturalistic ABA aligned to ESDM (training provided. Prior ESDM experience not required)
- Speech‑Language Pathologists
- Occupational Therapists
- 1 work‑from‑home day per week built into the role (some centres may offer more over time)
- Salary up to $113,500, depending on experience
