Our locally woman-owned, purpose-led organization serving the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas is expanding to the West Valley, including Glendale, Avondale, and North Phoenix. Seeking culturally aligned, innovative and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to advance our passion for increasing access to Autism diagnoses and delivering exceptional applied behavior analysis services, while growing in responsibility with clear pathways for advancement.

Your wellness and safety are our priority, thus flexibility in scheduling, manageable caseloads, and counseling resources are available. Best-in-class compensation packages include a base plus bonus structure and a salary range of $93,000 to $115,000, nine paid holidays, paid sick time, plus up to 80% employer paid employee-only healthcare premium. For a limited time, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts may qualify for a hiring and retention bonus up to $10,000.
