• Must be available Saturday and Sunday either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
• Locations covered:
  Scottsdale, Anthem, Paradise Valley, Anthem, Carefree and Cave Creek

• Minimum of 9 months paid/non paid caregiving experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)
• MUST HAVE any of the following: CNA license, Direct Care Worker Certificate (DCW), HHA (Home Health Aide), Caregiver Certificate
• MUST HAVE an Active driver's license
• Cellphone with internet access (data not Wi-Fi)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Current CPR certification
