Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
Expected hours: 15-25 billable hours per week.

As a BCBA you will plan, develop, and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with team members, service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities- Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders.
- Conduct initial assessments.
- Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching.
- Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients.
- Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources.
- Conduct supervision in client’s home and through telehealth.
- Must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB.
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid certification.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain current insurance.
- Bilingual is a plus.
