Job Title

IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology)

City/State: Phoenix, Arizona

Shift: 10H Days 10 hour shifts, variable days, Monday to Friday with one day off during the week

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

The IR Technologist will work in the Interventional Radiology unit, performing various radiological procedures and assisting in a level I trauma setting. This includes rotating shifts with the possibility of Saturday work hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform GI/GJ tubes, Ports, angiograms, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, and IVC filter procedures.
• Assist in Neuro endovascular procedures such as embolizations, stents, and stroke treatments, if applicable.
• Operate radiology equipment, including Philips Allera and Medrad injector systems.
• Collaborate with surgeons during sedation cases.

Requirements:

• ARRT (R) Certification
• Arizona MRTBE-CRT License
• BLS Certification
• Level I Trauma experience
• Scrub experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner and DR (PACS) systems
