Job Description:

The WIC Program Support Specialist provides administrative and participant service support for the Valle del Sol WIC Program to ensure efficient clinic operations and participant access to services. This position manages inbound communication, completes callbacks, assists with eligibility determination support tasks, maintains accurate documentation, and completes required WIC reports.

This role functions strictly in a clerical and administrative support capacity. Duties are performed in accordance with Arizona WIC policies and procedures under the supervision of qualified WIC staff.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual
• Experience in customer service, healthcare front office, eligibility screening, or administrative support preferred (or ability to rapidly learn).
• Excellent communication skills - including the ability to present information clearly and engage diverse communities.
• Proficient in documentation and data entry; comfortable using databases and computer systems.
• Ability to travel throughout the community, conduct outreach at partner sites, events, and meetings.

19.50 - 19.50 USD per hour (3807)
