Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and motivated Entry‑Level Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or associate‑licensed professionals looking to build a strong foundation in behavioral health, trauma‑informed care, and residential treatment.

Under the guidance of experienced clinical supervisors, you will provide individual, group, and crisis counseling to patients navigating substance use recovery, mental health challenges, and transitional living. We are deeply committed to professional growth and provide on‑site clinical supervision to help you work toward independent licensure.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure:
  Active associate-level license with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) (e.g., Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)).
• Clearances:
  Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Certifications:
  
  Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Competencies:
  
  Strong understanding of therapeutic boundaries, cultural humility, excellent written communication, and a passionate drive to serve vulnerable populations.

• Clinical Supervision:
  Free clinical supervision hours provided on‑site toward independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Collaborative Environment: A supportive team culture with a structured onboarding program designed for newer therapists.
