Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Physical Therapist role located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing customized rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Daily tasks include working directly with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. The role also involves educating patients and families on recovery strategies and performing documentation duties to support treatment plans.
Qualifications- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong Patient Care and Medicine knowledge to address health and rehabilitation needs
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients and the care team
