The Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) is seeking a second antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist to provide quality care in Phoenix, Arizona. The role includes responsibilities such as evaluating medication regimens, participating in quality improvement projects, and serving as a drug information resource for healthcare providers.
Ideal candidates will have a Doctorate in Pharmacy, completion of a PGY1 residency, and active board certification through the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties. A valid Arizona pharmacist license is required by hire.
