Occupational Therapist-Float Phoenix, Arizona

This position provides occupational therapy services to a pediatric population, from neonatal through adolescence/young adulthood. Performs evaluation, program planning, and treatment of patients in activities of daily living, sensorimotor integration, cognitive and psychosocial skill, and feeding therapy, specific to age and developmental/functional level determined by assessment.

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. (Required)

• Pediatric experience (Preferred)
• Ortho, neuro, developmental pediatric experience (Preferred)
• Feeding therapy experience (Preferred)
• Splinting/hand therapy experience. (Preferred)

• Current Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), prior to start date. (Required)
• Current State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license, prior to start date. (Required)
• Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card, prior to start date. (Required)
• Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association, prior to start date. (Required)

• Specialty training in Sensory Integration, feeding, splinting, NDT, taping, and other relevant Pediatric areas. (Preferred)
