Aboutour Claims Specialist:Our Claims Specialist aids inthe day-to-day operations of the claims department by gathering information and processing medical and psychiatric healthcare claims.
What a Claims Specialist Does at Resilient Health:- Verifies insurance eligibility
- Scrubs claims for accuracy
- Analyzes, researches, and resubmits denied claims
- Posts payments to participant accounts
- Corresponds regularly with all payers regarding claims
- Ensures all claims information remains confidential
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience in ahealthcare claims setting, preferably in a behavioral health organization
- Associate's degree in Medical Billing& Coding, CPC certification, or suitable experience required
- Experience with EHR and computerized billing functions required
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card orability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meetsour auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

What This Position Pays: $22.00 - $23.75per hour, depending on education and/or experience
