• Provide compassionate, client-centered personal care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families while maintaining dignity, respect, and independence.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet state employment requirements.
