Ensure residents’ physical comfort, safety, and emotional well-being during care tasks;
Assist with toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility as needed;
Attend monthly in-service trainings and ongoing staff meetings;
Collaborate with care team to develop and implement resident care plans
