Macoa Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish and eager to grow within a dynamic, patient-focused clinical trial environment. The ideal candidate will manage daily clinical trial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a primary point of contact for patients and sponsors.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial conduct from pre-study through close-out.
- Recruit and consent patients according to study protocols.
- Ensure accurate data entry and query resolution within study timelines.
- Maintain essential documents and assist with IRB submissions.
- Communicate effectively with sponsors, monitors, and study teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
