Schedule:

Remote telehealth plus at least one day per week in our Phoenix office clinic

Hours:

Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week; part-time and full-time opportunities available

If you have worked in telepsychiatry before, you may know the feeling: high patient volume, short appointments, little clinical support, and the sense that you are simply a name on a roster rather than a clinician whose voice matters.

We want to help define what high-quality psychiatric care should look like in Arizona, and we are building a team of clinicians who want to be part of that mission.

We are hiring two experienced PMHNPs who are willing to see patients in person at our Phoenix clinic at least one day per week.

The remainder of your schedule may be completed remotely through telehealth unless you prefer to work additional days in person.

• Our Phoenix clinic is open seven days a week
• You may select whichever in-person day works best for your schedule
• You are welcome to work more than one clinic day per week
• We offer a higher rate for in-person clinic days
• We are looking for clinicians who genuinely enjoy providing in-person care

A practicing PMHNP co-owns the organization and leads our clinical strategy. Our workflows and policies are designed by people who understand what it is actually like to provide psychiatric care.

Providers receive paid time every week for team connection and continuing education.

Every full-time provider receives a dedicated virtual assistant to help reduce administrative burden and keep each workday running smoothly.
