Direct Support Provider / Behavioral Health Worker (BHT)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Provider to support individuals in behavioral health settings. In this role, you will help clients build daily living skills, follow individualized care plans, and work toward greater independence.

You will provide hands‑on support with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, transportation, and personal routines. You will also assist with skill‑building activities, participate in team meetings, and document client progress accurately.

Some positions may include crisis response duties. In these roles, you will help support individuals during difficult situations by assisting with de‑escalation, safety planning, and connecting clients to higher levels of care when needed (under supervision).

• Support clients with daily living skills and routines
• Facilitate individual and group activities
• Document client progress clearly and on time
• Work with case managers and clinical staff
• Provide support during crisis situations (if assigned)
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma/GED or higher (experience may substitute in some cases)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
• Ability to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
