Tech-HLA-Lab

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Tech-HLA-Lab professional to perform high-complexity histocompatibility testing supporting transplant and immunogenetics services. In this role, you will conduct HLA typing, antibody screening, and cross matching using molecular and serologic methods, maintain instrumentation, and ensure accurate, timely reporting in compliance with CAP/CLIA standards. You will collaborate with pathologists, clinicians, and lab staff, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support test validation and new technology implementation in a patient-first, research-driven environment.
